In this issue we are offering an incredible run of over 200 issues (most bound in volumes), of the Harry Furniss Penny Dreadful FAMOUS CRIMES Past & Present & POLICE BUDGET. Even odd individual copies are hard to find on the open market. In addition we also have a selection of Ripper Rarities including a 1st Edition of Leonard Matters' The Mystery of Jack the Ripper and Sir Melville McNaughten's Days of My Years; a fine Broadsheet Supplement on the Trial of Thurtell & Hunt; and an extra-illustrated copy of the Trial of William Palmer which has, bound-in, the rare Letter to the Lord Chief Justice Campbell Containing Remarks Upon the Conduct of the Prosecution and the Judges. (A plea on Palmer's behalf by his brother).

NOTABLE SCOTTISH, ENGLISH & BRITISH TRIALS SERIES We always aim to keep a comprehensive stock of this highly collectable series. If you are not familiar with them you can find more information by clicking the link on the left side of the Homepage in the Navigation block, 'Notable Trials - A Short History'.
We have just taken into stock a large collection of Notable Trials including a full set plus all the variations of Notable Scottish and English Trials. All are in very good condition and many are still in the original dustjackets. As yet, these are not listed on the site but if you have any particular 'gaps' to fill, do contact us.
We also have a comprehensive selection of volumes from the American Notable Trials Library Series. These are finely bound reprints of classic trials and cases including Crippen, Lindbergh, Webster, Sacco & Vanzetti, Leopold & Loeb and others.
