FINELY REBOUND in quarter calf with marbled boards, gilt banded spine and titles. Inscript. on e/p 'Complimentary Copy' in contemporary hand. Top of e/p neatly repaired, Folding Register torn but no text missing. Contemporary notes at rear, some ink marks and margins and some underlining, still a very nice clean copy internally. Colonel Quentin was charged that on 10th January, 1814, the regiment being on duty in the Valley of Macoy in France, he did not make arrangements to ensure the success of the Regiment in foraging operations. Neglecting his duties as commanding officer, he left some divisions without orders or support and men and horses were taken prisoner. A full account of the proceedings
